How much are your shipping costs?
For Enamel Pins, prints, sticker packs and patches (per item) our shipping costs are as follows. We ship all our products via Royal Mail.
1st Class – £1.50
Tracked 48 – £3.50
International Standard – £4.00
Rest of the World (it’s not a flat world)
International Standard – £4.00
How long does my order take to arrive?
We use UK Royal Mail for all deliveries. You can expect your goods to arrive as follows…
UK: 2-5 working days
For Europe and Worldwide, your local post office will take over from Royal Mail when it lands in your country.
Europe: 5-9 working days
Worldwide: 7-14 working days (sometimes this can take a little longer)
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently use PayPal to process all payments.
You can pay directly with your PayPal account or alternatively, pay using your debit/credit via PayPal (without the need to have an account).
We do not store any of your payment details on our servers and this is handled by PayPal.
When can expect an item(s) that was purchased as a pre-order?
Be patient, you’ll get the item as soon as it’s in stock. That’s easy for you to say I hear you cry! Haha! Seriously though, we will keep you in the loop every step of the process. The product page clearly displays the approximate shipping date however once you have purchased your pre-order we will send you a reminder of the dispatch date. If of course there are any issues we will notify via email straight away.
Remember you may receive pre-order items at different times if you have ordered more than one pre-order item.
Where can I find a receipt for my order?
After your transaction has been completed, you’ll automatically receive a receipt via email, easy.
What’s the deal with refunds?
If you are unhappy with a recent order, then we are here to help. At Dead Better we want 100% satisfaction but if something has gone wrong then we’ll get it sorted.
All you have to do is contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) so that we know you are sending back the item(s) you aren’t happy with. Contact our Customer Support Team, with your name, your order number, nature of the problem and email address.
Before you return products to us, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we can not be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns within 30 days after you have received your order. However, if you aren’t happy after 30 days, give us a shout and we’ll see what we we ca do.
Once you have returned an item or items, we will inspect the products and send you an email, letting you know we have received the item(s). Dead Better does reserve the right to reject refund requests if there is insufficient cause to refund a purchase.
If all good with your returned item(s), then we’ll get your refund processed, and a credit applied to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. It will usually take up to 7 working days (excludes weekends and holidays) for your credit to appear.
When applicable, we can send an exchange item instead of a refund, if there is a suitable product available for a price that matches the original purchase.
Where do I send my returned item(s)?
To return an item or items, please post them to Dead Better, 474 Caerleon Road, Newport NP19 7LW. Please ensure to include a note detailing your address and order number/receipt.
You are responsible for postage and shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as we can only refund the purchase price of the item(s) we are refunding.
If you are returning items worth over £50, it is advised to use using tracked post or shipping, to ensure you – as the sender – are protected from the items going missing in transit, but that’s up to you. Dead Better are unable to guarantee we will receive the items you are returning.
I don’t like the product that got delivered! Can I exchange it?
We are confident that you will be happy, however if not then you have 30 days to return the product(s) after the date you received it. We expect the product(s) to be in the same condition as you received it. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product(s).
My order contains the wrong products! What should I do?
How did that happen? We pride ourselves on fulfilling every order efficiently but on the rare occasion that something might have gone wrong the please contact our customer support team. We try to resolve our mistakes as fast as possible.
Can I return an item(s) that I purchased in a sale?
Sorry, we are only able to accept refunds on regular priced items. Sale items, Last Chance To Buy items and Seconds pins and collections cannot be returned and refunded.
How long until I receive my returned item(s)?
When exchanging a product, it may take longer for your new item(s) to reach you, depending on where you live. We will always give you a choice on whether we refund or exchange items since we want to ensure you are 100% happy with everything you buy from us.
My order has arrived damaged? What do I do?
First up, don’t accept the package. If you have accepted it though, please get in contact with our customer support team and we’ll give provide further information on the next steps to resolve the issue.
My refund hasn’t shown up? Have you spent my money on class A drugs?
We know it can be a pain in the a$$ waiting for a refund, that’s why we always aim to resolve and process the refund within 7 working days. Keep an eye out for your refund by checking your bank, if you paid with a debit card. Credit card refunds can take a bit longer to show in your account that 7 working days so have a chat with your credit card company to check. If you paid via PayPal then you should check your account for any refunds during or after 7 working days. Did that work? No? WTF! Something has messed up somewhere so please get in touch with our Customer Support Team who will investigate the issue further.
